Economically China has been a steady performer, and has registered rise in domestic industrial investments. As industrial globalization is on rise, its time to go global for china and make the mark over other countries. Policy makers believe that there are large opportunities for Chinese companies to invest and expand their business overseas. These Chinese companies should offer innovative and strategic plans to run their business.

Going global has become a trend for Chinese economic development, said during china overseas investment summit. This summit was for encouraging business expansion globally. Participants of the summit have realized that global economy is offering greater investment opportunities for Chinese firms. Issues like reindustrialization and developing current economy were the hot trends during the summit. Opportunities and achievements are bright but there is always an element of risk when one goes global. Companies lacking in their strategic decisions, resource allocation and ability to control risk, requires much effort to expand.

Chinese industries should focus on more business deals like mergers and acquisitions, implementing innovative plans, more spending on advertising and promotional strategies.

 

Secretary-general of the United Nations Conference advised Chinese companies to implement strategic planning while going global. Chinese companies should take their corporate social responsibly activities very seriously overseas. 

While going global Chinese companies should take care of environmental issues and conflicts because it can hamper their global operations as reported earlier by some companies. Companies moving out offering Hong Kong  a sense of stability and prosperity because Hong Kong has always been a place to invest in not for looking outer opportunities. Chinese companies, as part of their new going out strategy are looking for opportunities outside china, as an attempt to strengthen their global presence.
